Ice trekking is a guided hike across a living glacier, using crampons and specialized equipment to explore its surface safely. Join an expert guide in Los Glaciares National Park and ice-trek on Patagonia’s iconic Perito Moreno Glacier, beginning with a scenic boat crossing beneath towering ice walls. Once on the ice, trek across shimmering blue crevasses, frozen lagoons, and sculpted ice formations as your guide, using crampons to trek over the thickest sections. If you wish, end the experience with a celebratory whiskey on the rocks atop the glacier itself.
