Even within a country renowned for its biodiversity, the Osa Peninsula is the hotspot for wildlife. The area’s primarily virgin rainforest and protected Golfo Dulce boast a dizzying number of different plant and animal species. It is truly a nature lover’s paradise! In the forest, guests may spot four species of monkeys, over 400 species of birds, morpho butterflies, and possibly even larger mammals like the elusive tapirs or jaguars.
