Each travel group is assigned a dedicated team composed of a personal travel concierge in our offices, and a personal host in each destination. In addition, a “behind the scenes” logistical expert is staffed on each trip in order to monitor every step of the journey. The team is on call 24-hours a day during a trip. This level of coordination ensures that our travelers have a worry-free experience, and the flexibility to change the program while they are traveling if need be.

- Personal travel concierge: From the initial call with Blue Parallel, each travel group is assigned a personal travel concierge who knows first-hand the destinations of interest. He/She will then create a unique, custom-made itinerary that matches the preferences and specific profile of each traveler. Our personal travel concierges serve our travelers before, during, and after their journey.

- Personal on-site host: Upon arrival in any given destination, each travel group is greeted by their assigned personal host. Our hosts are bilingual, highly educated, and members of the local community. They fulfill many functions - concierge, translator, VIP assistant, troubleshooter, and local insider. Like a best friend abroad, their personal insights are invaluable. They are intimately involved in the planning process before our travelers arrive, and work closely with a team of local expert guides and personal drivers, to ensure our journeys are truly exceptional.

Blue Parallel’s tailor-made service ensures that all members of the family will have a distinctive and adventurous journey. We offer unique child-friendly experiences such as guided visits to chocolate shops, where you can learn the art of candy making from professional chocolatiers before trying your hand at making scrumptious chocolates and candies. Other activities include treasure hunts in spectacular natural settings; polo lessons at an authentic estancia; “planasub” snorkeling off a tropical island; and horseback riding on a private ranch. Our expert guides and hosts ensure all guests are properly outfitted for any adventure activity, and are continually supervised by English-speaking professional guides. We can also provide English-speaking childcare and nighttime babysitting for young children upon request.
